Unit Deposit: Equal to one month’s rent.

Pet Deposit: Equal to 1/2 a month’s rent.

Pet friendly with paid pet deposit, a $50.00 monthly pet rent (this is the same if you have one or two pets), and appropriate documentation! (Maximum 2 approved pets, no aggressive breeds). The weight limit for pets is no more than 50 lbs. per unit. The security deposit will be due at the time the lease contract is signed.

We require a 675 credit score and for applicants to have an income that is at least three times the monthly rent.

Co-signers must live in the state of Kansas, and make six times the monthly rent

We do not allow more than three unrelated people in a unit

The tenant pays all utilities (water, gas, electric)
