For the convenience of our residents, the office staff is available for appointments or by phone Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:30 pm. When a staff member is not in the office, an answering service is available to take messages or field emergency calls. We offer an in-house maintenance staff, with a crew member on-call at all times, in case any emergency arises.

pet policy
Maximum of Two (2) pets. Not to exceed 50 lbs individually, or combined.
Garber Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to deny any animal at any time before, or during a lease contract.
Vet documentation will be required for all pets, including vaccination records, as well as a photograph.
All animals will require a minimum deposit of one-half month’s rent.
Pet rent is $50.00 per month in total.
**BREED RESTRICTIONS**
Animals that are allowed and do not require a deposit: Fish (under 50-gallon tanks) snakes, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, and birds.
Garber Enterprises does not allow rabbits.
